What’s Inappropriate

These behaviors are vibe-killers:

  • Non-Platonic Moves: Flirting, romantic pitches, or adult content—zero tolerance.
  • Harassment: Threats, bullying, creepy DMs, or stalking.
  • Hate Speech: Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, orientation, or anything else.
  • Fraud: Fake profiles, scams, or misleading vibe tags.
  • Illegal Acts: Soliciting drugs, violence, or IP theft.
  • Off-Platform Shenanigans: Chats, payments, or meetups outside the app.
  • Disruptive Vibes: No-shows, trolling reviews, or spamming.

Strike System

  • Minor Violations: (e.g., late cancels, spammy chats)
    • 1 strike = warning.
    • 2 strikes = 3-day suspension.
    • 3 strikes = 1-week ban.
  • Major Violations: (e.g., harassment, non-platonic behavior, fraud)
    • Instant ban, no strikes, no appeal.
  • Strikes expire after 6 months if you vibe clean.

Ban Consequences

  • Temporary Ban: Account locked, no bookings or chats.
  • Permanent Ban: Account zapped, all data deleted (per Data Retention Policy), no return.
  • Future bookings canceled; refunds per Refund Policy.

Reporting & Investigation

  • Spot a bad vibe? Report via chat/profile within 24 hours.

Appeals

  • Temp ban unfair? Appeal once via support@myslotmate.com within 7 days.

Reinstatement

  • Temp bans lift automatically post-timeout if you’ve vibed right.
  • Permanent bans? No comeback—start a new vibe elsewhere.
  • Reinstatement’s rare, reserved for honest mistakes after review.
